Nice and comfortable apartments, close to the gondola station.
We stayed in the hotel for 4 days, but during our stay nobody has cleaned the room or even changed the towels or the sheets. Rooms are quite cold during the night as they turn off the heating.

Excellent location for skiing as a short walk to the ski hire and gondola. Also close to town for eating out. The apartment was lovely and warm at all times with hot water for a bath after skiing. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Very good location near by ski gondola and walking distance to Bansko center. Rooms are ok. There is free parking.
Wi-fi internet was not working properly and when there was internet was very slow.

only the location and the heating in the one room.
no parking,bad spa the jacussi wasnt working,the one from the two room was dirty and cold,we baged for toilet paper..i dont recomended to anyone

The apartment was well equipped, it's not too far from the gondola, staff was helpful, the room was cleaned daily. I read review that the apartment was cold it wasn't when we were there.
Taking the breakfast is a mistake. Egg, coffee and most other things were cold. not a good variety. It's better to just make one for your self at the apartment. there is also an issue with the singles. most 2 bedroom apartments designed for couple. It's probably better to contact the hotel in advance and make sure you're getting the right room. Although we asked for 4 single we got 2 single and a double apartment. They did move us eventually, the other apartment was not as nice, not elevator and with a strong smell in the room, we were all men so we didn't care much, but do notice it can happen

Big 2 bedroom apartment with livingroom and kitchen, big bathroom, nice furniture, fully equiped kitchen, well heated and with plenty of natural light. The location of the hotel is close to the gondola lift. The spa center was also good.
Unfortunately we didn't get our room cleaned at all during our stay and we couldn't find a broom or a vacuum cleaner to clean it ourselves... We did get our sheets changed though....

Great value in a convenient location. Friendly helpful staff.
The appartment needed a make over. Some lights did not work and the hot water was not switched on when we arrived.Some kitchen equipment missing. The jacuzzi did not work during our stay.
